Where the rating comes from
The 4.9 star rating and the count of 325+ come from OneFlow Drainage's Google profile. They're refreshed each time this site is rebuilt, so they can trail the live figures by a few days; the Google link always shows the current numbers. We never tell search engines that these reviews are about My Local Drainage.
How we ask for reviews
- Everyone gets asked. After each job, the customer gets the same text with a review link. We don't pick the happy ones.
- Nothing in return. No discounts, prize draws or favours for a review, good or bad.
- No editing. We don't write, change or hide reviews, and nobody reviews their own work.
- No pressure at the door. Engineers don't stand over you while you type.
How to leave a review
Use the link in the text we send after your job, or go to OneFlow Drainage's Google profile. If you're happy to, mention the engineer's first name, the town and what the problem was. That detail helps the next person with the same drain trouble.
If something went wrong
