Ring 0800 246 5347, or leave your number on the callback form and add a picture of the toilet, gully or open manhole. A photo helps us bring the right kit.
- Agree a fixed price
The engineer confirms the price at your door, before a single cover comes up. If the job changes, the price only changes with your say-so.
- Cleared and shown on camera
Once the water runs, a camera goes down the pipe. We show you the camera footage before we leave, so you can see it's clear and spot anything likely to cause trouble later.
- Guarantee and aftercare
Your invoice lists what we did and the guarantee that applies. If the same drain blocks again within 30 days, we come back free.

No call-out fee, at any hour. You pay for the job itself, at the price agreed before work starts, and nothing for the engineer arriving. If we can't clear the blockage, our guarantee applies: If we can't clear it, you don't pay.
How soon can an engineer be here?
Around Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch we're usually within 60 minutes. Elsewhere in Dorset and Hampshire it's usually within 90 minutes. When you ring, we check where the nearest engineer is and give you a straight arrival time for your postcode.
Do you offer 24 hour drainage, including weekends?
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. The same price day, night, weekends and bank holidays. A blocked toilet at 2am costs what it would at 2pm.
What if the blockage won't clear?
If we can't clear it, you don't pay. If the camera shows a collapsed or broken pipe, the engineer shows you the footage, explains the options and gives you a price for the repair. You decide whether to go ahead, with no pressure to book there and then.
Is the blockage mine to fix, or the water company's?
Usually, pipes serving only your home are yours, and pipes shared with neighbours beyond your boundary belong to the water company: Wessex Water across most of Dorset, Southern Water across most of Hampshire. If we can see the blockage is theirs, we tell you before charging anything. Our guide on who is responsible for blocked drains covers the detail.
Who will actually come to my house?
One of the engineers from OneFlow Drainage, based in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. You're told their name when the booking is confirmed, and they'll show you the price and the footage before they leave.
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or Apple Pay, once the job is done. You don't pay anything before an unblocking job is finished.
Can you tell what's wrong from a photo?
Often, yes. A photo of the open manhole or the overflowing gully shows how full the chamber is and which way the blockage sits. That helps us bring the right equipment and give you a firmer price. Add it when you request a callback.
