Contact us about a drain problem
Two ways to reach us, fastest first. For anything overflowing or rising, ring.
The fastest ways to reach us
1. Call 0800 246 5347
Answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. A call is the quickest way to get an engineer moving, and you'll hear the likely price and arrival time before you hang up.
2. Ask us to call you, and add a photo
Leave your number and postcode on the callback form and we'll ring you back within 30 minutes. If you can, add a picture of the toilet, sink, gully or open manhole: an engineer looks at it before calling, so you hear what it's likely to be and a price on the first call. Email info@mylocaldrainage.co.uk for paperwork and anything that isn't urgent.
What to have ready when you call
- Your postcode, so we can check the nearest engineer.
- What you can see: which toilet, sink or drain, whether water is rising, and any smell.
- Whether neighbours are affected. If their drains are playing up too, the blockage may be in a shared pipe.
- Whether you own or rent. Tenants may need to tell their landlord or letting agent first.
- Access: where the manhole is, parking, and any gate code.
- A photo, if you can take one safely. Don't lift a heavy or broken cover on your own.
