Who runs the sewers in your area
Across most of Dorset, the public sewers belong to Wessex Water. Across most of Hampshire, they belong to Southern Water. If a blockage is in a sewer shared with your neighbours, the water company usually clears it for free. Our guide on Wessex Water and blocked drains explains how to tell.
