Who we are
My Local Drainage is a trading name of MyLocal Drainage Services Ltd, part of the OneFlow Drainage group, registered in England and Wales, company number 16650050. Registered office: 18 High Howe Close, Bournemouth BH11 8NW. For anything about your data, email info@mylocaldrainage.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you ask for a callback we collect your postcode, phone number, the problem you describe, and anything else you choose to add, such as your name, a message or photos. We use them only to call you back, price the job and send an engineer. If you book, we also keep the job record, your address and the invoice, because we have to for tax and guarantee purposes.
Who sees it
Our booking team and the engineer who attends, who work for OneFlow Drainage. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Callback requests that don't become a job are deleted after 12 months. Job and invoice records are kept for 6 years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
